It’s just me tonight, they all went to a movie. So, I do what I want.
Tuna, cheese and tomato sammiches.

You forgot the lettuce. 🙂

Eh….I love a good salad, but not really a fan of lettuce on my sandwiches. But, it’s actually not bad on tuna. I just didn’t have any.

Looks good! This reminds me of one of my “go to” dishes. My Mom wasn’t much of a cook and kept it pretty simple. Catholics couldn’t have meat on Friday year round back in the day and one of her Friday staples was tuna noodle casserole, although she never baked it, just mixed it altogether in the pot. Boy, I loved me some tuna noodle casserole. When I was a little guy I dreamed of opening a restaurant that served nothing but mac and tuna.

My mouth is watering. How dare you torture me so! Looks great.

It was great. My wife hates tuna so I only eat it when she is not around

Excellent idea. My wife never offers me her pickled herring for the same reason. I guess it is a Dutch thing.

Ha she can have my share of that too

ok, this one I can only look at sideways… I really have to be in a tuna fish mood—growing up—every Friday, and I mean every Friday…my dad wanted tuna fish salad. So mother fixed tuna fish salad, sliced radishes and carrot sticks…if we were really lucky…a can of potato sticks….I just don’t feel the same these days about tuna fish salad… but give me a grilled tuna steak with a bit of herbed butter or hollandaise sauce…now then we’re talking!

We were just talking about grilled tuna
I want that or some salmon. Fish is good grilled

I also grill halibut when I can get it—Gregory is a halibut fan and not so much for tuna—many a lent when I’ve foresaken red meat—I’ll grill him a steak and me a nice piece of tuna—mmmm

We always ate tuna sandwiches as kids. Loved them. But ours being a Hungarian household, Grandma used sour cream instead of mayo. 🙂

That actually sounds really good. Did she use paprika too?

Yum! I actually like grilled tuna and tomato sandwiches.
Heard another funny Baptist joke today and thought of you, Wally. (The Baptists are right down the road from us and we share services and picnics sometimes.) So,how do we know Noah and family weren’t Baptists? The chickens arrived intact. 🙂

I usually grill them myself, but was just too lazy this time. That’s truth about the chicken LOL
