As my wise friend Rob once said–we are all role models whether we like it or not. The choice we have is whether we are going to be good or bad role models.

There are plenty of Christians who talk about God or what the Bible says, but they don’t always practice what they preach. I think a lot of us (myself included) are afraid to preach the Gospel because we don’t know what to say. We get scared that we’ll mess up, or that we won’t sound convincing enough.

Truly preaching the Gospel goes beyond words. The greatest way to show our faith and how powerful it can be is to put it into action. Love is a verb and so is faith. We need to serve those around us and trust God and His plan for our lives. We need to follow the direction of the Holy Spirit and be bold in our words and actions… the rest of the post here: Faith In Action
