Amen, brother! I don’t believe there is any such thing as a carnal Christian as so many brag to be.

As so many brag. Wow. Yeah folks do that don’t they? Look how bad I am, and how good grace is. If we are saved, God will correct us for sure. He surely knows we can slip in a big way, but if we can just dive in and never feel his correcting hand….then Houston we have a problem.
Is it still snowing up there?

It snowed yesterday morning, but no more today.

Good mornin my brother. I submit to you the following in a spirit of genuine kindness and grace:
“And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?”
1 Corinthians 3.1-3
And in no way am I being disrespectful towards you. I just am just trying to help a little.

Thanks for the reply. You are absolutely correct. I think when I said carnal christian, I wasn’t really meaning the same type of carnal Christian that I believe this is referring to, but I don’t really know how to explain what I was talking about it either. I was thinking of people I guess who will go a church and say they get saved, but then never go back to church, shack up with people outside of wedlock, live a partying lifestyle, and whenever people try to talk to them about God, say, “Oh, I’m saved. I’m just a carnal Christian.”

Thank God for His mercy!

Wally, you’ve got to get with the new program. The hip preachers on TBN teach a “guilt-free” (c)hristianity!

Yeah, I’ll get right on that, Tom.
