christian quotes, jesus saves, quotes, who is Jesus
May 13, 2017 at 12:12
It matters little who people think jesus is or was. It matters what history says and can be demonstrated to be true… outside of the bias of the biblical text and the emotional and also biased assertions of religious religious adherents and sycophants.
From non biased secular historians who lived and wrote at the time jesus was supposed to have lived, died and resurrected, what does history say about the man jesus and does it corroborate the story of the NT? Not ‘who do you think jesus is/was?’
The question being malformed, so will be the answer. -kia

I framed the question exactly how I wanted, thanks very much.
You declare it malformed because you desperately desire it to BE malformed. If Jesus is a myth(which is..well..moronic), then you don’t have to worry about what to do with Him.
You are incorrect.
On the other hand, you have provided your answer. To, you Jesus is nobody. Fair enough.
Have a nice day!

That was not my answer and you know it. Even If a real man jesus walked the earth, the representation of him in the nt is mythological. The nt Jesus never existed

Flail away Mike.
Pea shooters and submarines LOL.
God spoke it, It happened. Deal with it.
Again, you have provided your answer.

Obviously you KIA do not believe Jesus existed and so the question matters not to you.
If Christ Jesus IS the Only Begotten Son of El Elyon [The Most High God] [and He is,] then it should matter greatly to every single living human being to know, or at least want to know who Christ Jesus is.
History is recorded by people – human beings. So obviously the life and times of Christ Jesus mattered to those who wrote it down and for those of us for whom it was recorded.
The question is a good one; one that Jesus asked of Peter: ‘but what about you Peter, who do youthink I AM’.
Every man will sit under his own vine and fig tree – so yes, it will matter what each individual thinks.
So while what you think does absolutely nothing to change who Christ Jesus is; don’t kid yourself, what you think absolutely affects you and what you receive of Him.

Still praying for you KIA
History has proven that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. Only Jesus has died and rose from the dead after 3 days as promised. He was seen after his resurrection by many, and seen ascending back to heaven. The Bible does record that account. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. He is my Righteousness. Upon him were all my sins and sins of all who would believe placed. Jesus is our only Mediator to the Father. While, yes, I rely on the Bible as the very Word of God, there are many who have conducted research, looked at archaeological evidence and have concluded the same. But, to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? Those are they who believe. Our prayer is that he will lift the veil so that men will see, and hear, repent and believe.
