What are you grateful for today?
Yet another great Psalm for this Lord’s DayBlessings and enjoy!
Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Sometimes I wonder why we go into the presence of the Lord all moody, who goes to meet the president of the United States looking as if he is carrying all the weight of the world on his shoulders? But we go before the Mighty I AM looking all sad and…
Do you know a cheerful face and a heart full of thanks

Thankful that I had the opportunity to worship God first and foremost because He IS worthy of praise and worship. Secondary reasons, to give thanks for His love expressed to me personally through His grace and mercy.

I’ve been pretty good. I’ve recently hit a few jackpots of information when it comes to biblical archaeology, but now I have so much of it that I don’t really know how to post it all. LOL. I was able to expend some of it with my post on David’s kingdom about a week ago. Have you ever posted anything on archaeology/history or is your blog primarily theology? I very much enjoy reading your stuff.

Thanks much for that encouragement
No have never posted stuff like that and really don’t see me doing it as its not even remotely and area of expertise
I would not even say what I do here is Theology honestly although I appreciate the honor
I am a very simple, practical man and like to write stuff that is simple and practical
