We had goulash…which is good too.
And, for the record, Tuesday I grilled ribeyes and last night chicken breasts.
Nanner, nanner boo boo.

I thought the chops a bit tough 😏

Pork can be that way. You gotta grill chops really, really hot and quick or they dry out. I had the same problem with the chicken actually…wee bit dry.
Just ask the Grill Meister!

They are a hit and a miss—they weren’t dry, just tough—my grocery is not the best with meat…I am the grill queen here—Gregory actually got us a Big Green Egg a couple of years ago and I retired out propane one as I prefer the Egg—-the pork chops and cutlets are, like I say, a hit or a miss—steaks can be iffy with our Publix but chicken is usually ok—-we just don’t have a really good grocery for meats—and as I am a meat and potato kind of girl–I do seek out the best options!
Even my baked sweet potatoes seemed a bit dry—-it’s got to be this summer—and endless drying heat wave!!!!!!

Well, just recently I found a meat market a town away, and they have the best, best, best steaks and will cut them however think you want them. But, yeah, the groceries are iffy on meat sometimes.
Personally, I never met a potato I didn’t like.

You are right Wally. The who time I was growing up i thought pork chops were supposed to be dry, that is until I grilled them. The George Foreman Grill works in a pinch too. I put a rub on mine and let them sit overnight.
