This is fun, but also so profound (as if God’s profundity can’t be fun also!) How would I live now if I really embrace fully this concept? What would be different about my responses and concerns?
By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he went to live in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God.
Again, you have pointed me a direction I had not seen. That last line, honestly never read it that close and really thought about it. Thanks! Every day remains a learning experience in God’s Word huh?
Exactly so, my brother.
The Word is alive and active, and we never know day to day which part will speak to us at a deeper level than we usually expect/experience.

Another movie similar to The Matrix is Equilibrium. It is reminiscent of the Beast System. Interesting flick for a Christian, IMHO.

Amen! I am a pilgrim in this land.

That last line gives me goosebumps every time.

Now, that is some true stuff. And, it’s often God’s people who He speaks through, so to speak.
