My Wednesday morning post from over at the Isaiah 53:5 Project
Revelation 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelation 22:5
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
Heaven, now there is a great topic! It’s what believers, saved by the Grace of God, look forward to. We may not be in a hurry to get there, but we should be looking forward to it. What will heaven be like for sure? Well, I don’t know, and neither do you. We can only say with certainty what The Bible tells us, and that is, really, not that much. I love this, Wally. Been thinking a lot about heaven lately. A dear friend who was so vital throughout his life passed away last week. My husband’s life got a wake up call a week ago and I think about death a lot lately. It’s such a gift to look forward to what God has waiting for us, but until we get there, we still have a lot of work to do for Him. Thanks for these beautiful words.

I am glad it was timely for you Kathy. It’s nice how sometimes just what we need pops up right in front of us. Thank you for reading and your comment.

When we love Jesus, even in death there’s no need to fear.
